I need new return documents but do not want to print. How can I still return?

Have you only ordered Görtz items? Then you can use the paperless mobile returns service. To do this, register your return via our returns portal. You will then receive the documents by e-mail.
On the PDF return label you receive, you will find the QR code for the return. Simply show this code on your smartphone at your DHL acceptance point, at the DHL packing station or at your DHL delivery service. DHL will then print the return label for you.
