How long do I have to return my items?

Once you have ordered your favorite ACME items home, you can try them on and examine them at your leisure. You have a full 30 days to do so. Within this period you can return unworn and unused items free of charge - without having to give a reason.
By law, you have 14 days from the date of cancellation to return the item.

If you find a defect in an item, you can of course complain about it even after the 30 days have expired.
