At ACME, return shipping is always free of charge.
Were the items shipped through ACME (and not through our partners)?
Then simply send your package to our logistics center within the return or cancellation period. You have several options for this:
1st option: use the return label enclosed with your order. It is addressed to:

2nd option: Create your own return label (to print out and stick on) quickly and easily via our returns portal:
- Log in as a guest or with your personal customer data and select the order or item you want to return.
- Select the number of items you want to return and the reason for return.
- Once you have completed the return registration process, you will receive the paperwork via email.
- In the next step, you can print the PDF return label and stick it on the package.
- Or you can use the mobile return label (QR code) on the PDF return label (see 3rd option).
3rd option: Generate a mobile returns label (QR code) for the return via our returns portal. Show the QR code on your smartphone at a DHL branch or DHL parcel store, where they will print it out and affix it for you. The QR code also works at Packstations or directly at the DHL delivery service!

Was your desired item shipped by an ACME partner?
Then the return shipment will be sent to the logistics center of the respective partner.
The return documents including the corresponding return label are enclosed with your order.
Please check that the address on the label is not ACME Logistik GmbH, but that of our partner.
Put the return bill in and stick the return label on the sealed original package. Then take it to a DHL branch or a DHL parcel station. Please keep the return label until you have received confirmation by e-mail that the return has reached its destination. A few days later, ACME will refund the purchase price to you via the payment method you selected at the time of purchase.
