You want to complain about an ACME item? Please use the enclosed return label for the return. If you can't find it anymore, you can easily create and print a new return label yourself via our return portal. Please enter "complaint" as the reason for return.
If you do not want to print, you can use the mobile return label (QR code) on the return document to return the goods. Show the QR code on your smartphone at a DHL branch or a DHL parcel store, and they will print it out for you.
Or is the item a partner item? Then please use the return label that was enclosed with your order for the return shipment. Please note that partner items are sent directly from our partners. Please check that the address on the label is not ACME Logistik GmbH, but that of our partner. If the label cannot be found or the wrong address is written on it, please contact our customer service (+1 (619) 415-8670, Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 20:00, your phone provider's rates apply).
Please include a brief damage statement with the item describing the item's deficiencies. Quality Management will inspect the item after it has been received by ACME or the ACME partner. You will then receive an email confirming that the claim has been processed. Or we will contact you.
