If your order did not arrive in perfect condition, we are very sorry - this should not happen. We pack our items to the highest shipping standards. However, damage in the mail cannot always be avoided. We hope that the contents have reached you complete, intact and to your satisfaction.
Returns for damaged packaging: Unfortunately, we cannot provide replacements for damaged shipping materials. Please use packaging of your choice. Return shipping of an item will, of course, remain free of charge as long as you use the return label enclosed with your order.
Can't find your return label? In our returns portal you can quickly and easily print out a new one yourself. If you don't want to print, simply use the paperless mobile returns label (QR code) on the returns document to return it via smartphone.
