Delivery times
Once you have completed your online purchase, everything happens very quickly. Your ACME package will arrive within the next two to three business days.
You can also find information about delivery times in the order summary in your shopping bag.
Can I track my shipment?
We send your package with the shipping service provider DHL. As soon as we have sent your package, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us. With the shipment number contained therein, you can check the DHL shipment tracking where your package is currently located.
The item I purchased has still not been shipped, what can I do?
We strive to meet delivery times at all times. However, it can happen that delivery delays occur when there is a high volume of orders. This can be the case especially with time-limited promotions. We apologize for this! In such a case you will be informed by us about the delay.
The item I purchased was never delivered to me, what can I do?
If the package is not delivered to you within the next three days after you have received the shipping confirmation, please use the DHL tracking system to check whether the package was left with a neighbor or at a branch. If this is not the case, our service staff will be happy to help you at +1 (619) 415-8670 from Monday to Saturday 08:00 - 20:00 (the rates of your telephone provider apply).
