What should I do if I received an item that I did not order?

Please accept our apologies if an item was mixed up in your delivery. You may also have received a product that you did not order. We assure you that we are always working on further optimizing our processes with our ACME quality assurance. If such an error still happens, please return the wrong item. Simply note on the return bill that you did not order it or that the ordered item was not delivered.

It goes without saying that you do not have to pay for the wrong delivery. Has the amount already been paid? Then we will credit you the purchase amount as soon as we receive your return with the note. If your desired item has not arrived, please reorder it.
