How does the refund work?

You have returned an item from your order to us? Then we will of course credit you the purchase amount - within 14 days of receiving your return. You may notice that ACME items and ACME partner items are not credited at the same time.

The reason: packages to our ACME partners go to different locations. You will receive an email confirmation for each partial return. This way you can be sure that it has reached us and your credit will be issued as soon as possible.
