Why can't I use KLARNA purchase on account as a payment method?

We would like to offer you as many flexible payment options as possible, including purchase on account. Certain requirements are necessary for this. We work together with the payment provider Klarna. This checks the following criteria, for example, as part of the payment process:

• Your previous orders via Klarna
• The amount of your desired order
• Available information from a credit agency

If the results of this check or other factors do not correspond to Klarna's internal specifications, payment by invoice is unfortunately not possible. Please check your information first. In the second step, reduce your purchase amount. If you still cannot complete your purchase, please select another payment method.
