You can either cancel individual items or your entire order until the package has been shipped by us.
You can see whether we have already handed over your order to our transport service provider DHL from the status of your order overview in your customer account. If the order is in the status "In shipping", a change or cancellation is no longer possible.
If a cancellation is still possible:
Simply contact our friendly customer service: We are happy to accept changes to your order by calling +1 (619) 415-8670 Monday through Saturday 08:00 - 20:00 (your phone provider's rates apply).
If cancellation is no longer possible:
If you no longer want the items despite delivery, you can return them to us free of charge within 30 days of receipt. If your address has changed and your package cannot be delivered, it will automatically come back to us as a return shipment. We will then immediately refund the purchase amount to the payment method you chose when placing your order.
Your order was canceled unintentionally?
We are very sorry about that. In very rare cases it happens that an item is shown as available in the store, but is already sold out. The store system then cancels the order automatically.
