I have lost my ACME CARD. What can I do?

No problem! Our customer service will simply issue you a replacement card - free of charge, of course. You will receive your new ACME CARD by mail as soon as possible. As soon as your new card is issued, your old one will be automatically blocked and you will be given the number of your new card. We will of course transfer your loyalty points to your new card number.
